Amanda McMillann

My name is Amanda and I am so grateful to be a part of such an incredible outreach initiative! I’m a healthcare worker in Victoria BC, and have been working in Medical Imaging for the last 4 years. I first learned about this walk through Bev and Cole, and after hearing all the stories from them both, it inspired me to join in on the adventure. Not only am I ecstatic to go on this wild journey, but I am so honored to help the children achieve a higher level of education. I was born and raised in Victoria BC, and I have always been eager to participate in any outreach events throughout my school years. I believe education is power, and the only way to change the world. This walk will not only give that power to the children we are fundraising for, but I’m sure it will also give me a new outlook on the world. All funds raised go directly to the children.
