Alison Pearce

Hi, my name is Alison Pearce and I have committed to the Tembea Na Mimi 2026. I am a retired BC civil servant, who has spent the first 2 years of my retirement walking or training for walks with my husband and dog, Clyde. I look forward to the challenge of fundraising, preparing for the walk and gaining a greater understanding of Lalmba over the course of the next year. I am particularly interested in seeing the impacts of climate change on East Africa and the lives of the students supported by Lalmba. When not walking, I like to bake and sail in the Gulf Islands (sometimes both at the same time).
